I understand that the thought of therapy may seem daunting to someone who has never experienced it before, for this reason I offer a 20-minute consultation at an affordable price, this will give you the opportunity to experience how therapy works, to discuss any needs you may have, and to have any questions answered. I want to ensure you feel comfortable and supported from the offset. Some of you may have already experienced counselling, if this is the case we can proceed without a consultation, if you are happy to do so.

I am dedicated to making sure you know exactly what to expect from the process from start to finish, while providing a safe space for you to explore your feelings and concerns, whether it be in person, over the phone, or via Zoom. In some cases I may be able to offer home visits.

OpenKey counselling is based in Sandown on the Isle of Wight, this area of the Island is known for its beautiful beaches, and here we are lucky enough to be surrounded by calming woodlands trails, this is where walking therapy will take place.
